Trainers
All our trainers have previously worked in the roles they now instruct. We look for trainers with current real-world knowledge and experience, an inclusive teaching style and a passion for upskilling others.
Customer Services
The people at the end of the phone or email can make all the difference to the quality of service we provide. Our customer service stars have great attention to detail, passion for education and most importantly, love providing outstanding service.
Account Managers
Our account managers work in partnership with our clients, understanding their businesses, responding to their needs and adding value wherever they can. They need to have deep industry knowledge and enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships.
